It’s me — I’m blinking art.

During the day I’m a consultant, tending to my corporate duties and solving people’s problems.

And when I’m not click-clacking away at my computer, I allow my artistic side to flourish. Blinking art began as a casual outlet, a way to create by without taking myself too seriously. I eventually recognized that my younger self, full of dreams of creativity, would appreciate it if I pursued my passion for creating art. So I made space for art in my life, quite literally, by turning a humble one-bedroom NYC apartment into a studio.

I’m originally from Madrid, Spain, but have grown up moving from country to country, each one more different than the next. I began my career as a biomedical engineer (HA, I know), and never really gave my “other” personality the space it needed to create. So you could say I bring a unique perspective to art — shaped by years of suppressed creativity, or a childhood enriched with the beauty of different cultures.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy my work, as I’ve poured a little piece of myself into every brushstroke :)
